When a child’s parent, sibling, classmate or significant loved one dies, their lives are forever changed.
Kidzcope provides the opportunity for children, teens and their families to navigate their grief and learn lifelong coping skills following the death of a loved one. Since 2000, families throughout Kansas have come to us in their time of need. Within our walls, children between the ages of 3 and 18 years can find comfort, community, healing and — most importantly — hope.
How we can help
Grieving children often feel alone and isolated, believing there is no one else like them or anyone who understands.
Kidzcope provides peer bereavement support groups for children and their families, as well as grief support training for schools and organizations. We also offer volunteers various opportunities to support our mission.
